What event inventory rental covers
We own more than 400 pieces of decor, textiles and furniture, hired out for weddings, corporate events, anniversaries, conferences and private celebrations in Riga and across Latvia. Every piece is ours. We do not source it from anyone else, which is what keeps both the price and the lead time in our hands.
Prices are per rental day and include VAT. Each item shows how many are available, so you can tell from the catalogue page whether the quantity matches your guest count.
What you can hire
Tablecloths and textiles. Round, rectangular and square cloths in a range of sizes and tones, napkins, throws and decorative fabrics.
Candle holders, lanterns and lighting. Holders for taper and pillar candles, woven lanterns, LED string lights, light chains and chandeliers.
Furniture and lounge areas. Tables, chairs, poufs, day beds, bar counters and lounge sets for indoor and outdoor events.
Vases, decor and props. Glass and ceramic vases, artificial plants, arches, plinths, frames, photo walls and signage.
Frames and plinths. Ceremony arches, backdrop walls and plinths that can carry your logo or the event's own styling.
How hiring works
- Choose your pieces. Browse by category or filter by colour, size and material, then add what you need to a request.
- Send the request. Fill in the form with your date and venue. We check availability for that specific date and send back a confirmation with the total.
- Receive the inventory. We deliver, install and collect, or you can pick it up yourself at Ūnijas iela 15c, Riga.
Delivery and setup
We deliver throughout Latvia. If you want it, we install the decor on site and take it down afterwards, so transport, assembly and returns are not your problem. Delivery is priced by address and volume, and it always appears in the quote before you confirm anything.
Why us
We have worked on events since 2008, so we do not treat the inventory as separate from the event. If it helps, we will put together a set that works as a whole and tell you how much of each thing your guest count actually needs.
